Our project seeks to bring quality to this fringe between peri-urban area and campaign and give it a true identity. We have accentuated the folds of the ground and inscribed the City of Risk in their extension. Designed in a stratified manner and inscribed in a geography, the Cit\u00e9&#8217;s function is to tame the site, to penetrate the users. The project brings together multiple activities: outreach and education center, resource center, congress area.
